Literally, thousands of men, women, and children had their basic needs of shelter, food and clothing met. On behalf of them, thank you for saving their lives and their dignity.
We recently helped Amanda, a single mother of three children, move into a new apartment. She lived with her children at our shelter for six months. During that time she was able to get her children back to school. We provided food, clothing, health and dental care, job placement and a car. She saved up for her two months' rent and security deposit. Without your help, Amanda and her children would still be out on the street. Today they are safe, warm and self-sufficient. Every day your support makes stories like Amanda’s possible. You see, even though we helped thousands of people last year, there are still many more that we couldn’t help because we don’t have the resources to do so. If you make a year-end gift, we’ll be able to provide food, shelter, clothing, health and dental care, and several other services for more people this year than last year. We need your help to make it happen.
Would you be willing to make a special year-end donation of $50, $100, $500, or whatever you can afford, to help us meet the needs of our neighbors? We simply can’t do it without you. Your support will make a real, lasting impact in the lives of those who are still in need. Please, use the enclosed envelope, or go online to our website to make your donation now. The lives of hundreds of others like Amanda are at stake.
